Grandma suggested that Rocky and Selena might be squatting and leaning to eat because their bowls are too low and to try putting them higher. So tonight… an experiment!
Here’s Rocky eating from his higher bowl. Squatting and leaning to lick up every last crumb! Selena worked so hard, she pushed her bowl off its perch but continued to eat from her now tilted dish 🤣😂
I will continue to raise their dishes and see if it makes any difference. But I think these acrobatics are more likely proof they enjoy their meals 🐶

this move we call “the squat”. Guessing here but I think squatting gives Rocky more leverage when licking the far side of the bowl 😉

just another typical Saturday morning piled in Mommy’s recliner! Selena is keeping an eye on the birds and squirrels. Rocky is… I’m not sure what Rocky is doing… working toward a neck cramp maybe?
Mommy is sadly considering ending this snugglefest because her phone battery is dying and her coffee has grown cold 😂☕️
