Does she ever get very close to the water? It looks nice and clear anyway…. just windy, huh?

She’s fairly indifferent to the water. She doesn’t run toward it and she doesn’t run from it. We’ll be standing at the water’s edge and be caught in a rogue wave, and she just shakes her paws and moves on. But she is obnoxiously barking at everything and everyone. Luckily most people just laugh and walk on. And I think her bark gets lost in the wind, so maybe I’m the only one affected
